※ Korea House is accessible only to those with admission tickets, which can be reserved through the official website. 1. You may select your preferred date from the dates Korea House is in operation and reserve admission tickets. – To enter Korea House, the name on your admission ticket must match the name on your passport exactly. – When reserving admission tickets, please make sure that the name entered for admission matches the English name on your passport exactly. 2. Admission tickets are valid only on the date specified at the time of reservation. Please note that the opening and closing times of Korea House may vary by date throughout the operational period. Therefore, it is advisable to check Korea House’s schedule before your visit. 3. With your admission ticket, you will be given access to various booths and have the opportunity to participate in interactive experiences (excluding food&beverages). 4. Upon entry, your reserved ticket will be issued as a physical card on-site. – Please ensure you have your reservation number, which was issued when your ticket was booked. – To enter Korea House, you must present both your admission ticket and your passport or ID card. – Korea House admission tickets cannot be transferred to others. – Korea House admission tickets are issued free of charge. Unauthorized resale of these tickets may result in legal penalties. |

Korea House admission tickets can only be reserved individually (one reservation per person per day). – Infants under 24 months old may enter without a reservation ticket (must be accompanied by a guardian with a valid ticket). Please bring documentary evidence on the day of your visit. – Group reservations are not permitted. 6. Ticket cancellations are processed in accordance with the regulations. – Cancellations are not permitted on the date specified on the admission ticket. – Ticket cancellations are allowed until 11:59 p.m. of one day prior to the specified date (e.g., for an admission ticket dated July 26, cancellation is possible until 11:59 p.m. on July 25.). – Malicious repeated reservations and cancellations, or failure to enter after completing a reservation (no show), may result in being denied entry on-site.
